Very nice place just to chill out. The two restaurants as well as the in house shops are quite expensive. The breakfast was hearty and the staff was quite courteous. All in all a good place to relax.

Stayed here for 2 days. Rooms with furniture & fixture is below par, nothing great. Not worth the 16,000/- they charge for a night, greatly overpriced. Many 5 star properties come at lesser cost with better service & quality on offer than what this property has on offer. The bed-sheet was torn in the center & stitched, from this you can understand their standard. Even their Saltt restaurant is highly overpriced, probably with a misconstructed notion "Mahenga hai toh achha hoga" (if it's costly then it must be good). But it is not so here. We ordered a fish dish (cost 900/-) and along with it requested 2 small pieces of boiled potatoes. They inform that it would be charged extra. Ridiculous to charge extra for 2 pieces of boiled potatoes when the 1 piece of fish dish is priced 900/-. Sometimes a Udupi hotel which charges only 90/- for a Dosa gives chatni extra without a extra charge. Service is just not bringing the food from kitchen to your table, a sensible understanding and a desire to give the people a good experience is required when your charges are so overpriced. It all comes with professional people at work. Probably they lack that because when we requested to talk to the top person, sent a WhatsApp message & email nobody even bothered to replay. If this is their lousy attitude in a hospitality business then just imagine what they have on offer.

Very thoughtfully designed layout of the property. Get to experience nature in its entirety! Beautiful views of the hills, lush green gardens, lovely walk to the lake within the property. All modern amenities in the spacious rooms and balcony. Nice breakfast buffet with wonderful service from Ashish, Arjun and the rest of the team. The resort is very well-staffed and everybody is prompt and serve with a smile!

Luxurious stay amongst nature. Huge and very well maintained property. Great food. Commendable hospitality. People looking out for pet friendly options. Pets are welcome too. The staff was very courteous and always ready to help. Close to Mumbai. Perfect get away for weekend.

Very nice place. Xclnt service. Comfy rooms. Per friendly. On-site micro brewey gives out some noce beers. Excellent food also. The in complex retail outlets may be a tad too much. But the on-site nursery was a very good touch. More rooms coming up for marriage parties: thats when maintaining service levels can be a challenge. So enjoy the peace n quality while you can.

Excellent service for rooms and very well maintained resort. The food too is very amazing. Heard a lot about the owner Ahuja. Seems he is a very rich and down to earth person. Couldn't meet him though.
